COME, SEPTEMBER

Bring some melody
Lessen the cacophony
Come,September,
Heal the ailing
Brighten the paling.

String hearts together,
Make tempers milder,
Come,September,
Let's hear melodies,
Begin soothing 
Heavy, hurtful memories.

Come, September,
Remind us our cheer
And patience
And put our lives
Back in forward gear.

Forward is the way
