Just think each hour,
Within your power,
What can you do?

You've 7,200 minutes 
Plant seeds 
Of flowering trees
Just for minutes 15
To find one morning,
Smiling flowers 16!

Left with 7185 minutes
Imagine how much life
You can fill in these!

Have a positively action-filled 
And happening day.

Nourish, accomplish,
