Rich as in 
Thought, 
Word, 
Deed, 
Values. 

Rich as in 
Not indebted 

Rich as in 
Having 
A 
Child 

Rich as in 
Having a home 
In each friend's house 

Rich as in 
Having a smile 
And 
Simultaneous tears 

Rich as in 
Having 
More than enough 
To spend 
And enough to spare 
For a needy 

Rich as in 
Having a home 
Filled with 
Colors 
And coffee stains. 

Rich in pain, 
And therefore 
Richer in forgiveness, 
And rich in 
Mindfulness of trying 
Not to hurt another. 

Rich in love 
From a little doggie 
And a pretty, tall daughter. 

Yes, rich in faith 
Extraordinarily rich, 
In the knowledge 
That miracles happen. 

And richest 
To have you 
As a divine creation 
In my life!
