And treat themselves
With'must' read heaps,
Some thrive in company of books,
Some read none,
Some read for fun,
Some find time
To few pages turn,
With reading,
Our mind we feed,
To the avid readers, 
I salute indeed.

No, not Wtsapp, not FB,
Not short, little messages,
From here and there,
That's not reading proper.

Follow an author,
Read from page one 
To the last page,the end,
Reflect, reason, question
Every thought pattern 
Study deeply its intent.

Unravel and accept
Another life-philosophy,
Choose to read 
An author fully,
Complete works of poet, 
A proper collection,
Each Voice is unique 
Write your own critique.

Each author sows a seed,
New thoughts to breed,
Power of immortality,
Undoubtedly is possessed
By the writer's creed.

Your own mind 
You must nourish, 
Review your notions
And change obsolete beliefs,
Let your intellect prosper,
Make your mind rich,
So that you flourish.

Your thoughts and ideas
Form a new design,
When you read,
You with your kind,
Emerge, evolve, 
And in many ways align.
