Come, September

Experience the shades of your emotions. Keep them light or bright.
Come September,
Like a dry leaf
Shake off
Everyone's grief.

Come September,
Make life better,
Help everyone shrug,
Each big and small grudge

Come September,
Help all remember,
You precede October,
And the last quarter,
Of this year,
And it's time
To acknowledge
That in the Fall,
Nature let's go
All dried and old,
Bares itself to the cold

Likewise, September,
Let everyone's heart Begin to clear,
Of worry and fear,
Of a frown or a hidden tear
And await calmly
The end of the year.
Turn over a new leaf…

Question not

Question not

The past,

Or the future.

Answer not,

The present.

Let mysterious moments

Mix and make

A mojito of memories.
Life filled with a dash of lemony zest is the best

The Art of Worrying

The Art of Worrying
A nagging worry

Might be an opportunity

To bring about change

And turn the worry

Into a personal change,

Take responsibility,

To improve self,

Change a 'given' belief,

Re-question, redefine

What bothers you and why.

Think beyond the clouds,

Of anxiety and worry,

They may shower upon you,

A refreshing insight,

Or wisdom anew.
See every anxiety and worry as a call for change.

Migrant

Smile more
The winged explorer,
The sky-migrant,
The global glider
The borderless flyer
The bird
Tell me,
Do you look back
To your first nest,
To your first branch,
To your first tree?
Do you only fly onward,
Do you only move forward,
Never glance backward,
Never sigh,
Just fly high?

Me too, a migrant,
Between cities,
Between tongues,
Between thoughts,
Between my origin
And final destination,
Here and now, on earth,
Only pursuing
Peace is worth,
I perch for a while,
I just have one lifetime,
So, I search for peace,
From mile to mile,
And ultimately realise
Peace itself perches
In my heart and my smile.

Peace is within.

Raising sons…

Raising sons to respect and care for women
Dear Mothers,

Hope you empower women

And as mothers proudly

Raise sons as gentlemen,

Charming, kind,

Mindful, possessing

Real integrity.

Men who are praised

For absolute chivalry.

They hold doors,

Happily help in chores,

Make their women

Feel like royal ladies.

Mothers, whose sons,

Are their dears,

And raise gentlemen

For others' darling

daughters:

And their sons know

the lady's real worth,

Settle for nothing less

As they walk this earth.

You, who give birth,

You do recall:

You

Rock the cradle,

You

Rule the world!
Gender roles have to be replaced by ‘Life skills’ for one and all.

Who are you?

Be clear. To fly high, the mind, like the sky, ought to be clear.
What are you?
You are your mind,
You heart, body, soul.

You are the ‘are’
Not yet the ‘were’.

So you are:
The present,
The breathing 'you'.

You are the time you have left with you.

So when you ‘do’ something,
With your body, mind, heart and soul,
You actually give yourself whole.

To what?
That you decide.
How you dedicate your life.
Your focus,
Your time here,
You either 'spend'
or you 'devote'.

For what use,
What purpose,
You choose.

Brought nothing, lost nothing

Born empty handed,

Leave empty-handed.

Live with love and light.
When here we landed,
Weren't you and me,
Both born empty-handed?

Then let's live life,
Without hate and strife,
Unassuming and light,
Choosing love:
Not might over right,
Decide none to exploit.

Lets feel from
The depths of our heart,
And reach great heights
Through our open,
Un-burdened, mind,
Always to ourself remind:
To keep our thoughts,
Words and deeds aligned.

In your presence,
In your vibes,
Let each creature,
Great and small,
Of all colours,
Of features all,
Feel you are harmless,
Listen to your heart's
Compassionate call.
Make compassion your passion.

A day full of possibilities

Through small actions
Just think each hour,
Within your power,
What can you do?

You've 7,200 minutes
Plant seeds
Of flowering trees
Just for minutes 15
To find one morning,
Smiling flowers 16!

Left with 7185 minutes
Imagine how much life
You can fill in these!

Have a positively action-filled
And happening day.

May you choose to:
Nourish, accomplish,
and flourish!
Take care.

What if…

Comforting thoughts
If we've lost
A near and dear one,
May we find within
Patience and solace,
That they're resting
In a better place

What if
Death was for them
Rest and relief?
They could not bear
The suffering,
Take not the pain,
So left this life
And the soul reached
A beautiful realm
Much greater, higher.

Let us perhaps
Hold this belief,
To lessen the sorrow,
A comforting thought
Maybe we can borrow.

Accept fully,
This journey
To the other realm
Follows cosmic time,
Not an age in number
As in temporal time.

Detach from Fear

Fear and fall
You may feel fear,
Sometimes fleeting,
Sometimes intense,
At times momentary,
But seems ever-lasting.

Yes, its natural,
Yes, you have fear,
But I guarantee,
Fear you can conquer.

Having constant fear,
Your mind heavy,
Foggy and unclear,
The victory wheel
How will you steer?

Both feet
Not grounded,
One down,
One up in the air,
Won't you fall,
Come on,
Stand up tall!

Fall and fear,
Fear and fall,
Go together,
Neither is fair,
So do take care.

Don't remain uncertain,
With one shaky foot
Stuck mid-air,
Blank gone the mind,
Empty eyes just stare.

That's how it feels
When fear breeds
And doubt grips,
So stand alert,
Ready to go,
On your toes,
Defeat these two foes.

Fear robs
Your confidence,
In yourself,
In your capability
In your potent
You must trust

At any cost,
What's lost,
You must
Just re-earn.

The midnight oil
You must burn,
Re-prep, re-learn,
Slowly but surely,
Your confidence
You can re-earn.

Your faith
You must restore,
Do pay heed,
Do you hear?
Detach from fear.

Living is thriving,
Not 'safely' surviving,
Be in control,
Your road,
Your life,
Your car,
You are driving!

Life's thrills
Begin beyond
Doubt and fear,
Live life bravely
Fuel with excitement,
Drive mile after mile,
With a confident smile.

Regain my dear
Your strength
Your power.

Beyond fear,
There's much more,
So much more!
Push fear away

Post pandemic do’s and don’ts

We shall overcome
Do not ask folks
How they are,
They may not
Want to recall
Many a scar.

Say,

'Good to see you',
I'm here to help you.

Do not presume
All's well,
Maybe they chose
On issues
Not to dwell.

Say,

'Whatever it is,
May you heal,
It will take time,
Want some ice water
With a squash of lime?

Do not share
How awesome
Your staycation was,
Some have had to bear
Irreparable loss.

Say,

'Hey, want some coffee,
Let's bond over
Some cookies and tea'.

Do not expect
A 100 percent
Of pre pandemic 'Normal'
To return will take,
An effort decent.

Say,

'You'll get there,
For you, we truly care.

Do not assume
Its easy for all,
To switch gears
And let go fears,
Some maybe
Unwilling to return.

Say,

'We hold your hand
At every twist
And at every turn,
First of all,
Your well-being
Is our concern'.

Do not presume,
All will be OK
With everyone,
So many are taking
Each day as it'll come.

Do not presume
Everything is alright,
Some are trying
To find
Their lost light.

Say,

'You'll overcome,
Here, have some
Chocolate yum.

Don't mind
If someone won't smile
They'll take a while.

Say,

'Hope it will
Get better soon,
May your day be
A perfect boon'.

In between silences

Sheer poetry
In between silences,
A few words
Fly in,
Birds from faraway
Skies of ideas,
Carrying a new story,
In sheer poetry.

Make this morning good

May you twinkle brighter today!
Make this morning good,
For those around you,
It will get better
So much more,
for you too.

Make this morning good,
For a stranger too,
It will be better
A zillion times
For you!

For every task,
Smile behind the mask,
Walk a little extra,
Do your best,
Be your 'ultra'.

You get to decide
Your coolest version,
Be outstanding,
In thought,
In word
And
In deed,
Do rise high.

Today just outshine,
Show your twinkle,
Be a star bright,
In someone else's sky!
Make this morning good for all around you, it will be better for you too!

September, here’s ‘orders’ to all 30 of you!

MR.SEPTEMBER, DO BEHAVE!
Mr. September!

As you have arrived,

Here,

Sign your bona fide:

You'll be kind

To one and all.

You won't barge in

With unexpected stuff.

You'll not spoil

Any plans or

Snatch any smiles

That are wide

And grins so 'on',

You won't make

Anyone forlorn,

Especially

As this Covid,

Has gone on and on.

You'll do your best,

Be hope-fulfilling,

Generous and giving

Letting all just rest.

And you -

September 2nd,

I see you sneaking in,

As you are here

So fast, already!

Come on, fix all

That's messy

Make all things steady.

Forget not

The orders I gave,

Mr.September,

You better behave!

(G😄😄D M😄RNING ALL.
I HAVE INSTRUCTED SEPTEMBER IN GENERAL AND SEPT. 2nd TO BEHAVE.
😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄)

Happy 2nd September morning!

Watch “‘The tabula rasa state of mind'” on YouTube

Reflect calmly to find your balance

Meditate to find
The balance
Be mindful
Of how you feel
Keep your mind
Very still.

Meditate to de-stress,
To worries release,
To realign,
Receive peace
And reconnect
With the Divine.

A new day, a new way…be AWESOME today!

Be YOU and do MORE!
Work becomes effortless

When you perform

With keen interest

And sincerity.

When you do your best

Out of anxiety,

You block the flow

Of fresh ideas.

When you do your best

Calmly and with love,

Your ideas like a fount

Seem endless and

Excite you to do more.

This brings magic

To your work,

This is the 'extra'

In the ordinary:

The extraordinary.

Choose well!
